A MILLION POUND WHEELBARROW.
wonders never seize to exist, last week it was full of surprises as the chief AUDITOR GENERAL released a report on how the county had lost and miss used the funds.
In Kirinyaga County they paid almost one million to open and update a face book account.This so serious as its away of squandering finances as the county have a well functioning ICT personnel.This seems that the leaders involved are totally irresponsible and lack transparency and accountability.
In Bungoma county the county spent almost $1000 equivalent to 109000 for a single wheelbarrow.this brought a lot of reaction as people were asking funny questions whether the wheelbarrow was automobile or whether it came with its own driver or it could load and upload the luggages etc.
In both cases it shows that the leaders we elected to serve don't have the peoples and more so taxpayers money at heart and all they wanted is a chance to better their lively hood in any way possible way.the resident even were willing to donate free wheelbarrows.This impunity and corrupt peoples should be taken for legal actions not assuring the people that you will look into it.
